Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Custom-made or made-to-order furniture items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos (if applicable). Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on the issue.

Please Note:

  • Returns due to change of mind are not accepted for custom furniture.

  • Items returned without prior approval may be rejected.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy terms.
