Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Custom-made or made-to-order furniture items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos (if applicable). Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Refund Process

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on the issue.
